Biography
James Doyle is a trial attorney whose practice includes the representation of various business entities and individuals in a variety of matters including business disputes, breach of contract, intellectual property, insurance coverage, personal injury, construction/design defect, products liability, state regulatory issues, general negligence and other business torts. Mr. Doyle represents clients in pre-litigation, as well as before trial and appellate courts, arbitrators, and mediators. Mr. Doyle has had primary responsibility for all aspects of trial and pre-trial preparation including pre-litigation analysis, demand, negotiation, and claim resolution; institution of litigation; depositions; discovery; mediation; motion practice; settlement negotiations; and strategic planning of all aspects of litigation. Mr. Doyle has successfully argued motions and appeals before various courts in Texas and has experience trying cases in both a lead and assistant capacity.
