Biography
John Wise focuses his practice on real estate transactions and the formation of business entities. He represents both businesses and individuals in a variety of matters relating to the purchase, financing, leasing and sale of apartments, offices, shopping centers, residential lots, vacant land for development, hotels, and other real estate. Mr. Wise also has extensive experience in connection with reviewing and analyzing title commitments and surveys, and in resolving title problems and drafting easements, liens and restrictive covenants.
Mr. Wise has represented numerous large national clients in connection with their real estate projects, including Mobil Land, Westerra, TGI Friday’s, Jack in the Box, and has negotiated leases and contracts for several other national clients, including Marshall’s, Panera Bread, Ross Dress for Less, Office Depot, Petsmart, and Target. He has prepared opinion letters for large loans delivered to numerous banks on behalf of an assortment of clients.
